And, of course, household life hacking is one of the most unusual ways of saving, since, having studied this art, you can quickly create a gift of “handmade work” that does not require large material investments.
Souvenir Easter eggs are crafts in the shape of eggs, beautifully decorated, which can be presented as a gift to relatives and friends on the day of the holiday or to decorate the house with them. Works of some masters cause genuine admiration.
As a basis for Easter decoupage of eggs, an egg made of wood, foam plastic or a real egg freed from liquid contents, or rather, eggshell is usually used. It is worth noting that an egg without content is quite fragile, therefore it requires a very caring attitude.

Materials: boiled eggs (white), starch, water, brush, napkins, food colors (gold, silver).

We need napkins with small patterns. We remove the two lower layers from the napkins and make blanks of motifs – we manually make scraps of small flowers. I love this technique very much, I call it a “patchwork technique”.
We begin to distribute motifs on the surface of the egg. Do this with a brush and water. The main thing to try to smooth out all the folds.

Making Paste
Their starch must be made the paste. You can use corn or traditional potato starch.
The paste can be cooked according to the following recipe: 2 teaspoons of starch, about 50 ml of water. Heat the mixture in the microwave – 20 seconds – stir – 20 seconds – stir – 10 seconds – stir – 10 seconds – stir – ready.
After all the motifs are distributed, it is good to lubricate with paste and leave to dry.
Instead of starch, you can use whipped protein.
After all the eggs are dry (10-15 minutes) – cover them with a decorative layer. To do this, add a food coloring to a small amount of paste.
It’s better to dry your Easter eggs on a wire rack.
