Republic Day Poems in Hindi and Eng
- “Is their aught you need that my hands withhold,
Rich gifts of raiment or grain or gold?
Lo! I have clung to the East and the West
Priceless treasures tore from my breast,
And yielded the sons of my stricken womb
To the drum-beats of the duty, the sabers of doom…..”
The Gift of India – by Sarojini Naidu - “Where the mind is without fear
and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been
broken up into fragments by
narrow domestic walls;
Where words come out from
the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches
its arms towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason
has not lost its way into the dreary
desert sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is lead forward by thee
into ever-widening thought and action-
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father,
let my country awake.” – by Rabindranath Tagore (from Geetanjali) - My country is home,
I have no fear.
My country is home,
and I am here.Kah gaye kah gaye
Veer hamse kah gaye
Hindustaa ki sar jamee pe
Amet chhap chhor gayeDekho dekho ab kya ho raha
Dushkaram ab aam ho raha
Suno veero ki gathao ko..
Dil se….Off to war he went! Went where he was sent! - #What we want#
Dear Dada,
What we want is worthLet love live,
Peace perfect praise… …
Let long lasting law rule round reign.White Rose of Yorkshire this my national emblem,
we grew together the heart
does not surrender
to those that
don’t seek
pride. - You’re 3000 mile away
its 6 am I’m in my own bed dead
asleep my phone rings its 3am
but your voice could wake me
from a coma you’re 3000 miles away
and its only 3amThe flag was perched aright It was properly lit at night.
It drew many views,
Was daily in the news,
Till it vanished from everyone’s sight.

Republic Day Poems in Hindi
Ajadi ka parv mahan .
Mila hamen deker balidan.
Sada badhayen desh ki shan ,
Is dharati per hon kurban.Unnis sau saintalis versh.
Pandrah august aya sahersh.
Bhaga dushman - Jis desh me the hum rehte
wo bharat desh kahan hai,
hum bhul chuke hain jinko
wo veer sapoot kahan hai,
jo yaad nahin hai ate
wo veer jawaan kahan hai,
bhagat singh, gandhiSince our inception, we’ve been free
Praise those brave who’ve kept this to beAmerica, how blessed we are
By those who dare fight, each bright starOur brave do not dodge, love bears pride
When called to move out, how they strideThey show they’re our absolute plus
They’ll not send mixed signals to usThey keep our strong freedom alive
In a world where it’s tough to surviveAll who proudly marched in our past
Their deeds helped this nation to lastTo the brave war has taken away
Hold Solemn Memorial DayHonor each with love and respect
Take time to feel sorrow, reflectPray to God as our young march on
Leading liberty through each dawnShow thankfulness, wholehearted care
They stand for us, with pride, sincereganga aur jamuna ki shyamal gaur dharayen
sinchati hai jis dhara ko woh hindustan hai- I
sagar jiske pag pakhere woh hindustan hai -II
Republic Day Poems in Hindi font
Tiranga bal vriddha aur pure rashtra ki shan hai.
Tiranga pyara hai hamen ham sab ki shan hai.
Jhukane na dengen ise kahin bhi kabhi bhi,
Tirange per her ek bhartiya ko man

26 Jan Happy Republic Day Poems
Patriotic Poems On Republic Day
Republic Day
We Indians are very proud to celebrate Republic day
Protected by soldiers in the border who never sway
Hear me, I just have few things to say
Reading this you may decide your own way
Over the years that has past
’26th Jan is just another holiday’, I thought
With the very recent wisdom I have got
I salute the leaders who had fought
I hear the media ‘flash news’ and end up in tear
‘Will there be more news on bomb blasts?’, I fear
Horrible living in the midst of terrorism and war
Is this what the great Mahatma dreamt for?
Why blame the Politicians and Government who don’t repent
Hey! As an individual I wont relent
For the election freebies and compliments they recommend
I shall say ‘NO’ and will not bend
Let’s not watch the cricketer’s zeroes
And stay away from the Corruption bureaus
Our great Jawans have nothing but only sorrows
Let us bow our heads for those real life heroes
Pay your tax, be very brave, take the wise decision today
Don’t you wish your grand children to happily play?
We Indians are very proud to celebrate Republic day
Protected by soldiers in the border who never sway
We the youth, let’s speak the truth
Sathya Meva Jayathe!
Khanjar
Kehte hain alvida hum ab is jahaan ko,
Ahle-e-vatan agarche humein bhool jaayenge,
Ahal-e-vatan ko humse bhulaya na jaayega.
Zulmo-sitam se tang naa aayenge hum kabhi,
Humse sare-niyaaz jhukaya na jaayega.
Isse ziyada aur sitam kya karenge vo,
Isse ziyada unse sataya na jaayega.
Yeh sach hai, maut humko mita degi dahar se,
Lekin hamara naam mitaya na jaayega.
Hum zindagi se rooth ke baithe hain jail mein,
Ab zindagi se humko manaya na jayega.
Humne lagayi aag hai jo inqalaab ki,
Is aag ko kisi se bujhaya na jaayega.
Yaron!
