The Best Fajitas Recipe: The chicken fajitas is a classic on my weekends along with a good homemade guacamole (which is great). A very simple recipe that if we do not spend with the companions (cheese sauce, mayonnaise, grated cheese, etc …) is very healthy and will help us to take care of the line since it takes few fats.
Normally now they sell in the supermarkets (typical of Old El Paso) a preparation of spices to prepare the chicken fajitas , but if we have not been able to buy them you can make your own with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion in dust, etc … what we like the most.
Regarding the fajitas we can buy them from corn flour or wheat flour.
Ingredients to make The Best Fajitas Recipe (4 people)
- 8 fajitas of wheat flour
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 trickle of water
- 1 envelope of spices for fajitas (or the mixture that I have mentioned previously)
- Salt (a touch because spices will contribute)
How to make chicken fajitas
1.- We start in a frying pan pochando the vegetables cut in strips, thus it will be easier then to refill the fajita. We put a tad of salt.
2.- Add the chicken and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
3.- Finish with spices and a splash of water. When the water evaporates there will be a spectacular salsita. Accompanied with a bit of grated cheese, the guacamole we have prepared and some hot sauce that we can have at home. That is, anything that we want.
