This pie raw vegan lemon has a creamy coverage with the sophisticated taste of cashew cream (milk merey) combined with citric touch of lemon. The base is a rich raw biscuit of plums, almonds and papelón. A dessert full of life!
- For the base of the foot:
- 1½ cups of almonds or nuts
- 1 Cup of grated dried coconut or ground oats
- 8 prunes or dates
- 50 milliliters of agave syrup or piloncillo honey
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla (powder or extract)
- 1 Pinch of coarse salt (sea salt)
- ½ Cup of lemon juice
- 2 cups of cashew (cashew nut, cashew nut or cashew nut)
